ROYALTIES
As with all music, broadcasts and public performances of any music on our site must be notified to your local Performance Rights Organisation.
The licence terms state that you have to fill in a Cue Card for any public broadcast and mail it to your local organisation (PRS in the UK) and that you mail the same to info@skyrocketrecords.co.uk

If you aren't sure what a Public Performance is (and definitions can vary in different countries), you should check with your local Performance Rights Organisation.
CREDITS
The composer and www.skyrocketrecords.co.uk must always have a visible credit where appropriate.
EDITING THE MUSIC
The Licensee is permitted to process and edit or loop the duration of the sounds as is necessary for use in the Licensees project.
LICENCE UPGRADE
You may at any stage upgrade from the Standard Licence to another Licence and pay the difference of the Licences only.

The licences cover worldwide usage unless stated otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Sky-Rocket Records or the owner of any Media contained within the Sky-Rocket website be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages (including any lost profits or lost savings), or from User access or use of the Media on the Site. In any event, the combined limit of liability of Sky-Rocket Records and the copyright holder of the Media shall be the fee paid by the user for the Media on the Site. Users acknowledge that without their agreement to this limitation of liability, we would not provide access to the Site or permit any use of the Media.
